It is already been one month since the World Heart Day, but that doesn’t mean we should lower our alert towards the signs that might tell us about our heart. Here are the 5 heart attack signs that we should not ignore.
This is the main, No.1 symptom for both men and women. The description on this pain is different from person, some describes it as elephant standing on chest, or pinching
Nausea, vomit, indigestion, stomach pain
It is noticed that women tend to have this type of discomfort than men. Furthermore, these symptoms are often be mistaken as other conditions like stomach ulcer or just low blood pressure and so on. But if these come up together with the other mentioned symptoms here, it may be a sign.
Lower exercise tolerance
If you find yourself being very tired after doing something that won’t tire that much before, you better go to your doctor NOW.
Neck, jaw, throat, abdomen pain
Women also have more frequent pain in the neck, jaw, throat, abdomen or back. This is because the nerve fibers in these parts go together with that related to heart together to the brain, so your brain might confuse on the place of the pain signal
Unusual breathing rate
Being short of breath or too high breathing rate particularly when you are at rest will be a sign for having a heart attack.
Try to think back if you have any of these 5 main symptoms, if yes, you better go to the doctors now. When it happens, it is too late to do anything!
