What does vitamin E do?
The well-known benefit of vitamin E is to avoid vitamin E deficiency and followed by the antioxidant properties.
Maximum vitamin E we can take
The upper limit for adults is 1500 IU/day, which is impossible to achieve if no supplement is taken. It is bad to have too much vitamin E in your body (even if vitamin in the supplement don’t get 100% absorbed into human body).
Side effects of Vitamin E overdose
Once you find yourself having side effects as following, stop consuming and see your doctor
- Mild rash.
- Blurred vision.
Supplements like vitamin E are usually not needed as we can get adequate amount of them from our daily diet. Doctors only recommend them if they find you having not enough vitamin E in you.
